In this course you will
gain the knowledge, skills, and dispositions to begin the
process of becoming a culturally competent educator. You
will be challenged to rethink ideas about diversity. This
course will give you multiple opportunities to gain new
understandings of the ways ethnically and linguistically
diverse children learn. Experiences in this course will also
encourage you to develop into a skilled critical thinker.
